Description
Christmas turkey & ham mornay – large tray $20. You’ll get 4 huge portions out of these, easily. The meats are leftovers from Christmas functions I’ve done over the past month which I immediately froze down – maple native rosemary roast turkey, and bourbon maple apricot glazed leg ham – folded through a smooth & creamy & cheesy mornay sauce with a few select sneaky vegies to make them a meal in themselves. Gluten free (of course!)
Note that the picture is of a test run I made at home. Actual presentation will be a little different, though not much.
