This week’s take home meals will be available for pickup only THIS THURSDAY, 14th December 5-6pm from Deja Brew at Hannans Boulevard shopping centre:
Christmas turkey & ham mornay – large tray $20. You’ll get 4 huge portions out of these, easily. The meats are leftovers from Christmas functions I’ve done over the past month which I immediately froze down – maple native rosemary roast turkey, and bourbon maple apricot glazed leg ham – folded through a smooth & creamy & very cheesy mornay sauce with a few select sneaky vegies to make them a meal in themselves. Made fresh Thursday, Freezable & Gluten free (of course!)
Braised lamb ragout with native rosemary – large tray $30. Cooked low and slow for eight hours, this is not only Gluten free, but also melty-mouthy deluxe! Enjoy by itself or with creamy mash, buttery pasta or a baked potato (not included).
Note there are limited portions of both items, though I won’t know exactly how many until I make them on Thursday (at a guess, 12 portions mornay, 5-6 ragout). Orders will be in a first come-first serve basis.
